Returns & Refund Policy
Our Returns Policy
At Souls Aligned, we want you to love everything you receive. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@souls-aligned.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been lit
- Items that have been personalised or customised
- Digital products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
